How to make decisions today and tomorrow facing so many unknowns

YOU Create it.  Think outside the box, step outside the box and make it happen.

EXPECT CHANGE and allow yourself to adopt and embrace:

Change, yes, change is inevitable and how we prepare for | respond to it determines the results.  Choosing, first and foremost, to make those results favorable and positive to you and those touched by the action / reaction.

There are many words / actions / perceptions from the words you can fill in for each letter in the word CHANGE but know that confidence will harness achievable notions until generating experts.  We are all experts; at what does not matter.

What does matter is that we release the expertise we have harnessed over the years.  The years change, attitudes, hope or hopelessness prevail.  You must choose which will serve you and those you love best.

I dare scream … choose to be confident, fulfilled by the challenge and grateful for the outcome… CSea

We have always know there are two sides to everything.  I’ll never forget hearing it from George Burns on stage in Las Vegas, there is a top to every bottom, a left side to every right side, an end to every beginning, etc. etc.  There was attitude in what and how he said it but everyone got the gist of his message.

Being proactive, aware of potential circumstances will effectively arm us with the knowledge to obviate / defeat the downside.

Doing the Remarkable by Jim Rohn

When it comes to meeting and conquering the negativity in your life, here is a key question: what can you do, starting today, that will make a difference? What can you do during economic chaos? What can you do when everything has gone wrong? What can you do when you’ve run out of money, when you don’t feel well and it’s all gone sour? What can you do?

Let me give you the broad answer first. You can do the most remarkable things, no matter what happens. People can do incredible things, unbelievable things, despite the most impossible or disastrous circumstances.

Here is why humans can do remarkable things: because they are remarkable. Humans are different than any other creation. When a dog starts with weeds, he winds up with weeds. And the reason is…

Awareness, Acceptance and Achievement

allow nature to influence your decisions

Everyone has achieved success but unfortunately some of those people do not accept or even recognize their greatness.  That prevents them from being grateful which indeed creates more positive growth. We are all responsible to do the best we can with what we have.

Further, it is our responsibility to be grateful for all we do have. I am not referring to the material things accumulated and often cherished; I am, however, referring to wellness, being alive and having control to change our future.

When we allow this opportunity to manifest, we finally begin to believe in ourselves and we have the confidence to continue creating greatness around us.

Transform your positive energy into a catalyst for others to feel it.  Allow those around you to be surrounded with your keen sense of goodness and empowering actions.  Naturally, they, in turn, must accept, internalize and pass it on.  Most do; however, many declare they cannot.  That often results in exactly that; nothing positive and adds more negative preventing forward momentum.

We all make choices and I pray those choices are to improve your overall wellness and greatness.  If you are having any difficulty with this; please write details, remain anonymous and be open to change.  Change for the better!!!

“Some Will, Some Won’t, So What, Next!” So What?

Become enlightened by this week’s Oliver’s Twist by Mike!

Do you use the expression “Some will, some won’t, so what!”?

If you do, as you say the words, how do you intuitively feel? What does your “gut” say to you?

Do you feel comfortable because it’s really your truth, or do you have a feeling of discomfort that you’ve adopted someone else’s truth or industry language that doesn’t resonate with you?

Personally I’ve never cared for the expression. For me it smacks too much of ego, bravado and the negative interpretation of – “posturing”.

No matter how it’s said… (try saying it with love and then say it while pounding your chest like Neanderthal man!) … it just doesn’t feel aligned with the rhythm of life. Saying “So what” implies a lack of caring and I think that most of us do care.

As many of you know, I’m a student of words as they convey powerful messages that are both hidden and direct. I believe we must be careful of the words we use as they all start with a thought. People will tune into your thoughts and intentions via the words you use. Whether you know it or not, your words ultimately give you away. You can’t escape it!

In chapter 11 of my book, “How To Sell Network Marketing Without Fear, Anxiety Or Losing Your Friends!” I talk more about how your thinking is reflected in the words you say.

A Buddhist monk once explained to me that, in the Buddhist tradition, everything begins with a feeling or a thought. So it’s important to…

  • Watch your thoughts: They become your words.
  • Watch your words: They become your actions.
  • Watch your actions: They become your habits.
  • Watch your habits: They become your character.
  • Watch your character: It becomes your destiny.

Similarly, using words or expressions like “Some will, some won’t, so what!” have the subtle impact that is not going to be helpful in building your business and the future that you desire.

So, instead of ending with “So what”… how about… “Some will, some won’t, and that’s OK”?

Buyers beware brain-, green- and white-washing

green in color only, where is the eco value?

You may be laughing at the title or scratching your head to figure out what I mean.  Simply put, a warning sign to prevent you from being taken by a ‘green message without substance or value, lacking green eco qualification’.  aka green washing!

Since day 1, someone has been brainwashing us.  Some call it conditioning, learning or growing.  It is, in fact, the foundations to our learning received in the first 5 years of our existence that dictate our future.  We need to take and keep control of our values to avoid much of this ‘washing’ from clouding our judgment.

Green, the verb, is good. However, like any country in the world, there are people capitalizing on a term / fad without integrity or proof.

We either give the benefit of the doubt and trust or we don’t.  Erring on the side of caution is smart; it means you are actually doing the eco.nomics, making wise decisions (eco friendly and finance friendly).

Travel back in time, put up your guard, put some research into your decision, then forge ahead.  Retain control of your decisions.

Don’t allow the advertising to make up your mind; inspect what you expect out of the product and / or service prior to taking it on.

Example:  Green this and green that should have an eco friendly purpose attached to it and proof to back it up.

We should all take several steps back and give a bit more thought to our decisions to insure they last longer without incidence.  Green is good when it protects, defends and conserves the environment.

  • Did you leave the water running when brushing your teeth this morning?
  • Did you leave the car running to warm up prior to getting in and taking the journey?
  • Did you turn off the power strips to conserve energy before you left the house?
  • Did you take your own cup to the coffee shop or gain trash?

Give your actions due thought and ask yourself what you can do to conserve today.

Have an attitude of gratitude, proudly become more green and lead by example.
